“Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, growing like a breeze.”

When you are surrounded by the beauty of the New River Gorge area you are reminded of humanity’s place along the timeline.

Country Roads, Take Me Home

Inspired during a picnic in the New River Gorge area, Josh and Naomi wished to share the majesty of West Virginia with visitors. They relied on their shared knowledge of cultural history and by reaching out to historians, librarians, artists, and locals to refine the tour experience.

Josh has spent many summers white water rafting, working as a guide and camping along the rivers of the New River Gorge area. His expertise in transportation and of the region provides a delightful and safe trip to your lodging.

Naomi considers downtown Charleston her neighborhood. From her mother’s art gallery to her own gift shop, she observed downtown flourish and grow. In 2012, Naomi developed and led several tours featuring Public Art, Architecture and Cultural interests as part of a National Endowment of the Arts grant. Her familiarity of the city, its quirks and history present a charming exploration of the capitol city.
